As a teeneger myself, i get very bored easily in Dumfries as there is nothing much to do, do you think that yourself

Question: As a teeneger myself, i get very bored easily in Dumfries as there is nothing much to do, do you think that yourself and other councillors would contribute to get teenagers something to do in Dumfries?

I think we need to be realistic, Dumfries is a small town so there won’t be as much to do here as there will be in a big city (there’s not as much for me to do here as there would be in Edinburgh or Glasgow either). What would you like to be able to do that you can’t at the moment? Do other teenagers want the same? Once we know what young people would like to be available we can see whether its possible and how it could be achieved.

well, me and friends normally just walk about the Town Centre and get bored easily as the Ice Bowl is shut at the moment and most shops are closing, I feel that there isnt many things for teenagers to do at night, so most of teenagers make their own fun and it enda up involving other people into a bad situation.

we need some more activities in or around stranraer. i think doing this would stop teenagers getting into so much trouble.
